SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control; police power of members, agents and employees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Provides that no member of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board or any special agent or employee of the Board shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of Title 4.1 relating to the underage consumption, purchase, or possession of, or attempts to consume, purchase, or possess, any alcoholic beverage.
