SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Confidentiality of juvenile records. Provides that juvenile records for offenses that would be felony larceny if committed by an adult shall not be open to the public. Under current law, all juvenile records of delinquent acts that would be a felony if committed by an adult are open to the public.

Juvenile records; expungement. Provides for the expungement of juvenile records for offenses that would be felony larceny if committed by an adult. Under current law, juvenile records of all delinquent acts that would be a felony if committed by an adult are retained.
