SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Confidentiality of juvenile records. Provides that juvenile records for offenses that would be felony larceny if committed by an adult shall not be open to the public. Under current law, all juvenile records of delinquent acts that would be a felony if committed by an adult are open to the public.
