SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Department of Environmental Quality; toxic waste site inventory. Directs the Department of Environmental Quality to inventory by July 1, 2016, nonfederally managed toxic waste sites in Virginia and publish the inventory at that time and annually thereafter. The bill also makes technical amendments. The bill does not become effective unless an appropriation effectuating the purposes of the bill is included in a general appropriation act passed in 2015 by the General Assembly that becomes law.
