SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

State and local agencies. Prohibits the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions from adopting or implementing sustainable development policy recommendations of the United Nations or to enter into contracts with entities that assist in the implementation of such recommendations of the United Nations. The bill defines "state agency" and "sustainable development."
