SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Citizens Standards of Learning Review Board established. Creates the Citizens Standards of Learning Review Board to independently review the Standards of Learning established by the Board of Education as often as the Board of Education reviews the Standards pursuant to § 22.1-253.13:1 and as often as the Citizens Standards of Learning Review Board determines that a review is necessary.
