SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Insurance agent; continuing education materials. Requires instructors of an approved insurance agent continuing education course to mail to agents enrolled in the course a postcard that provides the agent with the option to either (i) download the educational materials from the Internet or (ii) request the instructor to mail the printed educational materials to him.
