SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Port Authority; acquisition and lease of property; limitations. Prevents the Commonwealth and the Virginia Port Authority from accepting any unsolicited proposal under the Public-Private Transportation Act or the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act regarding the ownership or operation of any seaport or port facility. The bill incorporates HB 1334, HB 1896, and HB 2000.
