SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Student discipline; parental notification. Requires the school principal or his designee to attempt to notify the parents of any student who violates a school board policy when such violation will result in the student's suspension, expulsion, or the notification of law enforcement. This bill incorporates SB 391.
