SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Parental notification; student discipline. Requires parental notification whenever school administrators begin an investigation into a potential violation of any school board policy. Such notification may be made by phone or email, or any other reasonable method, as determined by the school board. This bill has been incorporated into SB 167.
