SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Transfer of certain property in the City of Hampton. Provides that the Department of General Services, on behalf of the Department of Education and the Commonwealth of Virginia, with the approval of the Governor, is authorized to convey its interest in certain property located in the City of Hampton. This bill contains an emergency clause.
