SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Insurance information disclosures. Requires an insurance institution, agent, or insurance-support organization to disclose information about an insurance policy on the life of a deceased policyholder to a funeral service licensee, when requested in order to arrange for the final disposition of the deceased policyholder.
