Board of Housing and Community Development; powers; Virginia Building Code Academy.  Provides that the levy of two percent of building permit fees for the support of the Virginia Building Code Academy also (is not limited to building permits but also) applies to permits issued in connection with the enforcement of amusement device regulations.
