VDOT Secondary Street Acceptance Requirements. Requires VDOT to reconsider its Secondary Street Acceptance Requirements effective July 1, 2009, with specific focus on the connectivity index and the means by which an exception can be granted. The reconsideration is also to focus on the unique challenges in rural applications.
