SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Highways; littering unsightly matter. Provides that when a person is convicted of illegally dumping or disposing of garbage or refuse on public property or on private property without the permission on the owner the court shall impose a fine of not less than $500 and order a mandatory 10 hours of community service.
