SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Farm wineries; urban county executive form of government. Allows a county operating under the urban county executive form of government to impose reasonable limitations on farm winery activities notwithstanding any other provision of law as part of any zoning approval of a farm winery that requires a license.
