Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That as part of any zoning approval of a farm winery that requires a license in accordance with Title 4.1, a county operating under the urban county executive form of government may impose reasonable limitations on farm winery activities notwithstanding subdivision E of § 15.2-2288.3 of the Code of Virginia or any other provision of law.
