SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Council on Virginia's Future; assessment of the impact of prescription drug abuse.  Provides for the Council on Virginia's Future to assess the impact of prescription drug abuse on the Commonwealth including the mortality rates experienced in individual communities and the effect on employees of the Commonwealth.  The provisions of the bill expire on July 1, 2011.  This bill was incorporated into HB 2369.
