SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Used motor oil, other fluids for automotive maintenance, and oil filters; statewide recycling program. Strengthens and broadens the current recycling program for used motor oil and used oil filters to include all automotive maintenance fluids and to require that the Department of Environmental Quality maintain a toll-free hotline number and website for consumers that choose to properly dispose of used motor oil, other fluids for automotive maintenance, and oil filters.
