SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Order books; microfilming. Requires circuit court clerks to ensure that order books have been microfilmed or converted to an electronic format using state microfilm standards and state electronic records guidelines. In addition, the clerk must provide the master reel of any such microfilm for storage in the Library of Virginia and provide for secure, off-site back up of any electronic copies of such records.
