SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Sex offender treatment; residential areas. Provides that no individual shall knowingly provide sex offender treatment services to a convicted sex offender in an office or similar facility located in a residentially zoned subdivision.
