CHAPTER 878 An Act to prohibit the location of sex offender treatment offices in certain residential areas. [H 2776] Approved April 4, 2007

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no individual shall knowingly provide sex offender treatment services to a convicted sex offender in an office or similar facility located in a residentially zoned subdivision.
