Conveyance of property. Authorizes the Virginia Marine Resources Commission, on behalf of the Commonwealth, to convey to a private party approximately 1.2 acres, more or less, in the Rappahannock River, subject to any rights of the adjoining property owner as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
