SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

"Photo-toll" enforcement; civil penalty. Authorizes agreements between the DMV Commissioner and toll facility operators whereby persons who fail to pay tolls and penalties associated with failure to pay tolls will have their vehicles' license plates and registrations suspended. This bill has been incorporated into HB 1000.
