SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Income tax; income tax credit for low-income taxpayers.  Replaces the current income tax credit for low-income taxpayers with a refundable credit equal to 10% of the federal earned income tax credit, effective for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2006.
