SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Progress Park Industrial Access Road.  Requests the Commonwealth Transportation Board to revise its agreement with Wythe County for construction of the Progress Park Industrial Access Road so as to extend until December 18, 2008, the time by which $6 million in eligible capital outlays must be expended in connection with development of the industrial park served by the road.
