SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Provisional driver's licenses. Eliminates the provision that makes violation of time-of-day and number of passenger limitations committed by holders of provisional licenses "secondary offenses." The bill also bans use of cellular telephones and wireless telecommunication devices by holders of a provisional license and is incorporated in SB 784 (Mims).
