SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Youthful drivers. Prohibits use of wireless telecommunications devices by holders of provisional driver's licenses while operating motor vehicles. The bill also eliminates the "secondary offense" provision of the section dealing with operators holding provisional driver's licenses. Incorporated in SB 966 (O'Brien).
