SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Security audits; report. Changes the requirement for security audits of government databases from periodically to annually. The bill also requires the CIO to report the results of these audits annually to the Governor and the General Assembly and authorizes the CIO to monitor and assist with any remediation that may be required to mitigate any risks or vulnerabilities discovered by audits.
