SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Prohibition on certain legal actions; air installations compatible use zones.  Provides that no person shall bring any action at law or suit in equity against any locality, the Commonwealth, or the federal government because of, or arising out of, the purchase, after July 1, 2005, of any property that falls within an air installations compatible use zone due to noise or other impacts associated with aircraft operation.
