SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control; wine and beer licenses.  Authorizes the granting of a retail on-premises wine and beer license to persons operating food concessions at any outdoor performing arts amphitheater, arena or similar facility which has capacity for more than 9,500 persons and is located in any county operated under the county manager form of government (Henrico County).
