SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; regulations; purchases by certain licensees. Provides that the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall provide notice to licensees on Board policies relating to the assignment of government stores from which licensees may purchase products and any procedure for the licensee to elect to make purchases from an alternative government store.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; regulations; purchases by certain licensees. Requires the Alcohol Beverage Control Board to adopt regulations that authorize a mixed beverage licensee to purchase alcoholic beverages from a government store of the licensee's choice. The bill requires that these regulations be adopted within 280 days of enactment of the bill.
