Alcoholic Beverage Control Board; regulations; purchases by certain licensees. Provides that the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall provide notice to licensees on Board policies relating to the assignment of government stores from which licensees may purchase products and any procedure for the licensee to elect to make purchases from an alternative government store.
