SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Criminal cases; mental health reports. Provides that in any felony criminal case where the defendant's sanity is in issue and defendant obtains his own expert to evaluate him, the expert shall prepare a full report and shall provide it to the attorney for the Commonwealth.
