SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Possession of methamphetamine precursor chemicals; penalty. Provides that any person who possesses any two or more of the following substances with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine is guilty of a Class 6 felony: anhydrous ammonia, ether, hypophosphorus acid solutions, hypophosphite salts, hydrochloric acid, iodine crystals or tincture, lawfully-dispensed controlled substances, methylbenzene, methamphetamine precursor drugs, sodium hydroxide, trichlorethane, or 2-propanone.
