Free use of certain toll facilities. Allows free use of toll facilities by law-enforcement officers of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission. This privilege does not extend to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel or facilities controlled by the Richmond Metropolitan Authority.
