SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Health insurance credit; persons with creditable service as constitutional officers or employees of local social services boards. Provides that a person with 15 or more years of total creditable service as a constitutional officer or an employee of a local social services board who becomes employed by a local government that does not elect to provide the health insurance credit, shall be eligible for the health insurance credit made available to persons retiring as local constitutional officers or employees of local social services boards. The bill incorporates HB1991.
