SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; Senate and House Finance Committees to continue study of tax code. Directs the Senate Committee on Finance and the House Committee on Finance to continue reviewing the state tax code and tax policy issues on an ongoing basis. This resolution was referred to the Senate Committee on Finance for future examination of the topic during the 2004 interim.
