SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Yard sales. Allows local governing bodies to require any person hosting any yard sale, auction, or other special event that is open to the public, held out-of-doors, and is within 100 feet of any public highway on which the posted speed limit is 35 miles per hour or more to notify the local governing body of the event.
