SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Joint Commission on Health Care; cooperation of other agencies. Provides that upon request, every department, division, board, bureau, commission, authority or other agency created by the Commonwealth, and any political subdivision of the Commonwealth, shall cooperate with and assist the Commission in performance of its duties. Such provisions already exist in statute for other state commissions, such as the Virginia Crime Commission and the Virginia Commission on Youth.
