CHAPTER 296 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Chapter 18 of Title 30 a section numbered 30-170.1, relating to the Joint Commission on Health Care. [H 692] Approved March 31, 2004

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 18 of Title 30 a section numbered 30-170.1 as follows:

§ 30-170.1. Cooperation of other state agencies and political subdivisions.

The Commission may request and shall receive from every department, division, board, bureau, commission, authority or other agency created by the Commonwealth, or to which the Commonwealth is party, or from any political subdivision of the Commonwealth, cooperation and assistance in the performance of its duties.
