SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Department of Juvenile Justice; additional duties of the Director. Provides for the Director of the Department of Juvenile Justice to coordinate with the Department of Corrections the development and submission of requests for compensation from the United States Department of Justice State Criminal Alien Assistance Program for costs associated with incarcerating undocumented aliens.
