CHAPTER 126 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 66-3.2, relating to the Department of Juvenile Justice; additional duties of the Director. [H 234] Approved March 15, 2004

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 66-3.2 as follows:

§ 66-3.2. Additional duties of the Director.

The Director shall coordinate with the Department of Corrections the development and submission of requests for compensation from the United States Department of Justice State Criminal Alien Assistance Program for costs associated with incarcerating undocumented aliens.
