SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Eminent domain. Provides that, in condemnations by the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner, so long as any suit is being conducted in connection with acquisition of the property, the owner of the condemned property must be allowed to continue to occupy any structure located on the condemned property without payment of rent for a period of 180 days or until the conclusion of the court proceedings, whichever is later.
