SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Nonrepairable vehicles. Provides that a late model vehicle that has been damaged and whose estimated cost of repair exceeds 90 percent of its actual cash value prior to damage is not to be deemed a nonrepairable vehicle if, following completion of repairs to the vehicle, the vehicle is inspected by the Department of Motor Vehicles and found to be safe to be operated on the public highways.
