SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Information technology and telecommunications procurement; Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA). Adds the requirement that VITA conduct procurements in accordance with the regulations inplementing the electronic and information technology accessibility standards of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. 794d), in addition to other requirements. Such procurements may not exceed the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 regulations.
