SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
"Out-of-service" inspections. Requires local law-enforcement agencies to report to the State Police vehicles that have been ordered out of service as the result of "out-of-service" inspections by local law-enforcement officers. State Police is to collect these reports and pass them along, together with similar information on vehicles taken out of service by State Police officers, to the Federal Motor Carrier Administration's Safer System.
