SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Provides that the Commonwealth agrees to a limited waiver of its sovereign immunity of no more than five million dollars so as to indemnify the Authority against claims resulting from the Commonwealth's use of Authority property on the "Dulles Corridor" on which transportation facilities are constructed, to the extent required in any agreement between the Virginia Department of Transportation and the Authority.
