Sales and use tax exemptions; omnibus extension bill. Extends the sunset date for numerous sales and use tax exemptions. This bill incorporates HB 1713, HB 1755, HB1867, and SB 862, and is identical to HB 1754.

Medical-related sales and use tax exemptions; omnibus extension bill. Extends the sunset date to July 1, 2004, for certain educational medical-related, advertising business and nonprofit cultural organization sales and use tax exemptions.
