SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Sales and use tax exemption; advertising businesses. Provides an exemption from sales and use tax beginning July 1, 2003, and ending July 1, 2008, for the purchase of printing materials by advertising businesses when the printed material is distributed outside the Commonwealth.
